Conference on “Digitization of Lawyering: Necessity, Limits, and Perspectives”

In the context of the visit of the delegation of the National Union of Bar Associations of Romania and the Romanian Parliament to the Republic of Moldova, the Lawyers’ Union of the Republic of Moldova organized a conference on “Digitization of the Legal Profession: Necessity, Limits, and Perspectives.” The conference discussed issues related to the protection of intellectual rights in the context of the development of artificial intelligence and the impact of technology on the practice of the legal profession. Emphasis was placed on the need to establish a legal framework for regulating the use of artificial intelligence programs and the exploitation of their results in the professional practice of lawyers.
