Conference “Women Transforming Justice – Dialogues on Courage, Safety, and Solidarity,” organized by UN Women Moldova

I had the honour of moderating Panel 3 – “Balancing Professional Life, Personal Life, and Identity” at the Conference “Women Transforming Justice – Dialogues on Courage, Safety, and Solidarity,” organized by UN Women Moldova in partnership with the Superior Council of Magistracy, the Superior Council of Prosecutors, and the Union of Lawyers of the Republic of Moldova.

This conference is a natural continuation of the dialogues initiated through the Legal Gender Café, a space created for women in the justice sector – judges, prosecutors, lawyers, clerks, and assistants – to openly discuss the challenges they face.

The event aimed to provide a safe environment for sharing experiences, increasing awareness, and strengthening solidarity.

The outcome of these discussions is reflected in a collective resolution designed to guide the next steps in promoting gender equality, professional well-being, and equitable access to justice.

I am grateful to be part of this community of women who inspire, support, and drive meaningful transformation.
