Competition Law Course: Modern Mechanisms for Reducing and Exempting Fines

I am pleased to announce the launch of the course “Modern Mechanisms for Reducing and Exempting Fines in the Field of Competition – The Perspective of Law No. 183/2012 of the Republic of Moldova”, designed for lawyers seeking to deepen their understanding of national competition law, anti-competitive practices, and modern leniency tools.
This course was developed within the Training Center of Lawyers of the Republic of Moldova, with the aim of strengthening professional capacities and providing a practical perspective on the most relevant mechanisms applied by competition authorities.
