We are happy to announce that we have a unanimous  decision of the the Council of the Bar Association and an institutional commitment regarding the digitalization of the Bar Association of the Republic of Moldova.

Considering the actions and initiatives regarding the digitization of processes within the Bar Association of the Republic of Moldova, carried out during 2020 and early 2021 by Natalia Balaban-initiator and author of the  Bar Association digitization concept, on 23 April 2021, the Council of the Bar Association of the Republic of Moldova by Decision no.08 / 11 23.04.2021 decided:

1. The digitization directions of the Bar Association of the Republic of Moldova are approved, as follows:
   • Organization of the Online Register of Lawyers (Electronic Register of Lawyers of the Republic of Moldova);
   • Digitization of the entrance exam for the professional internship in law;
   • Digitization of the qualification exam for the profession of lawyer;
   •  Digitization of the processes within the General Assemblies of the Bar Associations, within the meetings of the Commissions of the Bar Association of the Republic of Moldova and of the Council of the Bar Association, with the implementation of election and voting procedures, digitally in an electronic process, without the possibility to change the voting option;
   • Digitization of the convening and conduct of the meetings of the Congress of Lawyers of the Republic of Moldova, implementation of the electronic election and voting procedure.
   •  Modernization of the official website of the Bar Association of the Republic of Moldova.
2.  Approval of the concept of digitization of the Bar Association of the Republic of Moldova;
3.  Organizing a working group, with the delegation of Natalia Balaban-initiator, author, UAM digitalization concept, responsible for the implementation of the project, fundraising, and external partners communication.
